2. Scope of Products Offered

The webshop offers unique, handmade polymer clay earrings and ring holders. Each product is carefully handcrafted, making every piece unique and irreplaceable. Product descriptions, photos, and prices are provided on the webshop.

3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed online through the webshop.
After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
The contract is concluded in English, and the electronic form of the contract will be stored.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are indicated in Hungarian Forints (HUF).
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, depending on available options.
Prices include VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Online payment via Barion

Payments for orders placed in the webshop can be made securely online through the Barion payment service. Online payments are processed by Barion Payment Zrt. (license number issued by the Hungarian National Bank: H-EN-I-1064/2013, registered office: 1117 Budapest, Infopark sétány 1.). The webshop does not have access to the customer’s bank card data; this information is handled exclusively by Barion.

Payment process: during checkout, the customer selects the “Pay with Barion” option. The system then automatically redirects them to Barion’s secure payment page, where the customer can enter their bank card details or log in with an existing Barion balance to complete the transaction. Once payment is successfully processed, the system immediately confirms it, and the order is prepared and dispatched.

The Barion payment page always operates over a secure, encrypted connection. Using Barion does not require registration, but customers may choose to create an account to make future purchases faster and more convenient.

Payment via PayPal

Payments for orders placed in the webshop can also be made online through the PayPal payment system. PayPal is an international, secure online payment service that allows customers to pay by bank card or PayPal balance without sharing their financial information with the webshop.

Payment process: during checkout, the customer selects the “Pay with PayPal” option, after which the system automatically redirects them to PayPal’s secure payment page. The customer then logs into their PayPal account or, if they do not yet have one, may register a new account or pay as a guest using a bank card. Once the payment is successfully completed, PayPal immediately confirms the transaction, and the order processing and shipping will begin.

The PayPal system always operates over an encrypted, secure connection, ensuring full protection of financial and personal data.

5. Shipping Conditions

Shipping is available to addresses within Hungary via courier or parcel service points.
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days and abroad 7-15 days.
Shipping fees are charged according to current displayed rates.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. Withdrawal must be notified by email. Returned products must be in undamaged and original condition, and the return shipping cost is borne by the consumer.

7. Warranty and Complaints

We pay special attention to the quality of our handcrafted products. In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please notify us by email with photos. Defective products can be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

8. Data Protection

Personal data provided during the order process are handled confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties. Data is used solely for contract fulfillment, registration, and shipment. Data management is regulated according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination of Contract

The operator reserves the right to modify or terminate the webshop services at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If not possible, disputes shall be settled by the competent Hungarian courts.
